We provide holistic leadership development and capacity building services to churches, faith-based organizations (FBOs), and community-based organizations (CBOs) that help them align to their institutional principles and the participation levels of their service recipients.
Through our capacity building services, we aim to:

As Holistic Ministries, our partners revitalize their community by guiding children, youth, and adults to a life-long calling of personal and community growth. As a result, they are able to:
- Align their structure & programs with their principles & leadership development approach;
- Develop children, youth, and adults at a healthy, organic pace; and
- Teach their institutional principles to other organizations in a systematic way.
In measuring the success of our partnering churches, FBOs, and CBOs, we evalute their initial, intermediate, and long-term outcomes and impact:

| 70-80% of our partners will increase personal development training, increase infrastructure and systems, improve program designs and services, increase funding partners, and increase community participation. | 50-60% of our partners will improve formal leadership training for individuals and groups, develop well-defined infrastructure and systems, expand programs w/high participant input and data collection, establish a strong financial position w/ varied donor types, and foster high levels of community engagement and collaboration. | 20-30% will establish holistic ministries that help children, youth, and adults become strong, independent, articulate leaders who legitimately represent & are accountable to their communities, as indicated by being effective organizational leaders, sound organizational infrastructure, effective character & leadership development programs, diverse organizational funding pool, and fully engaged community residents. |
